COLORADO SPRINGS, COLORADO (August 2, 2021) – Tepa, LLC, announces the acquisition of NorthSouth GIS LLC, a leading geospatial consulting and software company based in Los Angeles, California. NSGIS provides enterprise and specialty geospatial services to the transportation, water and wastewater utility, and commercial real estate markets.
“NorthSouth GIS has a stellar reputation for enhancing the ways geospatial technology improves the management of critical infrastructure in our built environment,” said Tepa Chief Executive Officer Erik Soderquist. “We want our clients to have access to top-tier expertise and technology to solve the complex challenges they face managing infrastructure.”
NSGIS joins the Professional Services Division of the Tepa Companies and will retain its distinct structure, staff, brand, market focus and dedicated service.
