In addition to the core components of the NSG Port Solution, a number of importation optional components are available, especially in the On-Site deployment.
Live Feeds
The NSG Port Solution is capable of receiving, processing and displaying live AIS vessel feeds, using the port’s own feed (e.g. from a local Marine Exchange) or from a third party. Another popular live feed is from weather stations, especially NOAA’s PORTS weather station system. While some of these feeds can be activated in the cloud version, most are only available in the On-Site deployment option. NSGIS has deployed the following types of feeds with the NSG Port Solution:

- Vehicle and “Blue Force Tracking” tracking
- Radar
- CCTV fixed and PTZ cameras
- Traffic speed sensors and aggregated feeds
- Access control card readers

System Integrations
The powerful infrastructure behind the NSG Port Solution makes integration with other corporate systems not only a possibility, but a smart way to leverage the strength of location for connecting dissimilar systems. NSGIS has experience with integrating the NSG Port Solution with the following types of systems:
